k/8 + 8 = 19
k/8 = 19 - 8
k/8 = 11
k = 11 x 8
k = 88.

Answer:

Hi there!

Given :-

\:\mathsf{(k)/(8)\:+\:8\:=\:19}

So,

=>
\:\mathsf{(k)/(8)\:+\:8\:=\:19}

=>
\:\mathsf{(k+64)/(8)\:=\:19}

=>
\:\mathsf{k\:+\:64\:=\:19\:×\:8}

=>
\:\mathsf{k\:+\:64\:=\:152}

=>
\:\mathsf{k\:+\:=\:152\:-\:64}

=>
\:\fbox{k\:=\:88}
