I bought apples and oranges at the store in a ratio of 3 apples to 4 oranges. if I bought 6 more oranges than apples, how many tool pieces of fruit did I buy?

please help I need answer asap!!!

Answer:

18 apples, 24 oranges

Explanation:

a/o = 3/4

o=a+6

a/a+6 = 3/4

4a = 3a + 18

a = 18

o = 24
