The quadrilateral EFGH has ∠ E, ∠F, ∠G and ∠H. ∠ E and ∠G are opposite to each other while ∠ F and ∠H are opposite to each other.

Therefore, ∠F + ∠H = 180

∠H = 180 - ∠F

∠H = 180 - 49 = 131
