I need help! what is this equation in factored form and how do you solve it using the X-method (or really any other method?)

y = -3x^2 - x + 2

Factored: y = (-3x+2)(x+1)

Part 2:

Not exactly sure what the "x" method is after your explaination, so ill just use the quadratic formula.

Quadratic Formula:


x = (-b+/-√(b^2-4ac) )/(2a)

Also:
