Which event in the story had the biggest impact and how would the story be different if it hadn't happend? from All Summer in a Day By Ray Bradbury

That big event is when the children chose to lock Margot in the closet. If that had not happened, the story after that would be completely different. Although the kids did feel bad after the sun came out and Margot was still in the closet, maybe they would have respected her if they had not done that, and they ALL would have seen the sun again.
