Answer: look at the photo
The general equation of a line when two points are given
y1 - y2
---------- = m
x1 - x2
Plug the values
k - (-7)
---------- = - (⅕)
-4 -6
k + 7
-------- = -⅕
( -10 )
5k + 35 = 10
5k = -25
k = -5
