Ok so basically (you probs already know this but here we go) Anne Frank was this little jewish girl who hid in an attic for most of WWII with her entire family until the nazis came and took her away, the importance of her diary is that they are left unfinished due to her death which is honestly really sad but symbolic of how so many people had no time to actually say goodbye or have any sort of closure before that entire war started. Sorry if this wasn't formal I can't be bothered to go into essay mode rn.
