Explanation:

Perimeter of Triangle : 6+6+6 =18 (I got the other 6 from 3+3)

Perimeter (Circumference) of semi Circle : P=2*pi*r <-- this is the formula for the half circle

P=2*pi*3 = 6pi = 18.8 now this is the perimeter of the whole circle. If we want to find half of that circle, this would be 9.4.

9.4+18 = 27.4
