Eagle Company contracts to build a house for Frank. The contract states that "any assignment of this contract renders the contract void." After Eagle builds the house, but before Frank pays, Eagle assigns its right to payment to Good Credit Company. Can Good Credit enforce the contract against Frank? Why or why not?

Answer:

Good credit in the right sense do not have the right to assign the contract due to the fact that the initial agreement of the contract state boldly and categorically that if the contract be reassign then the contract will be void and because of this terms of the contract, Good credit cannot enforce payment by frank.

Explanation: in any contract, the terms of agreement is very important and it is usually agreed upon before any work or contract is initiated or begins. This is put in place to protect the interest of parties involved in the contract, smooth delivery of services and also help those involved to honor and keep to the contract.
