A well known member of a gang is on trial for sellings hard drugs on the street. The

prosecutor insists that he take the stand and tell everything he knows about the crimes
he was involved in. Is this OK? Why or why why not? Explain your response by
citing an amendment.

well it isn't ok to sell drugs but he probably was providing for his family or trying to stay alive but he did a wrong thing because selling drugs is illegal and against the law
