Do you mean by defining the words with a dictionary...? If so, I will do my best to answer.

establishment claus: A clause in the First Amendment of the US Constitution that forbids the establishment of religion by the Congress.

judicial review: A review by the Supreme Court of the constitutional validity of a Legislative act.

precedent: An earlier event that is regarded as an example for subsequent similar circumstances.

Supremacy Clause: A Clause in the US States Constitution that establishes federal laws as the "supreme Law of the Land".
