Answer:

First step is to have an idea of how I make it work.

Second step is to write a bill suggesting of public recognition of bravery of soldiers that served in Iraq,

Step-by-step explanation:

The congress is charged with the function of creating or making laws. This is done through a legislative process which is made of a number of steps that need to be carried out for a legislation to be passed into law.

The first step is to have an idea of what you want to be passed as law, Next step after identifying an idea or problem is to draft a bill and provide a solution and then sponsor it in Congress. You can sponsor the bill alone or co-sponsor the bill with other congress members. When sponsoring alone, your signature is attached to the bill and when co-sponsoring, the other congress members sign the bill too.

Answer: I. Introduce the bill for consideration

II. Gather support for the bill and get as much information as possible towards the debate of the bill

Explanation: As a House of Representatives member, once I introduce the bill for consideration, I become the sponsor of the bill. I'll try as much as possible to get the support of my colleagues early on and some may decide to co-sponsor the bill.

When the time to debate the bill comes, I would make sure to have gathered enough relevant information and data as well as support to ensure that when it is time to vote, the bill would scale through.
