Answer: 12 2/8 or 12. 25 ( Simplified would be 12 1/4 )

Step 1. Add all the fractions ( Bonus: I convert them to improper fractions to make it easier)

4/8 + 5/8 + 5/8 + 9/8 + 9/8 + 12/8 + 12/8 + 12/8+ 14/8 + 16/8= 98/8

Step 2. Convert to mixed number or decimal whichever is easier.

98/8 = 12 2/8

Decimal would be 12.25.
