C) 36.

Explanation:

You have to multiply the number of things in each category by each other. There are 4 Sizes: Small cup, Large cup, Regular Cone, or Waffle Cone.

There are 3 Ice Cream Flavors: Vanilla, Cookies & Cream, or Mint Chocolate.

So since we already have to numbers to multiply, 4x3=12.

There are also 3 toppings: Fudge, Sprinkles, or Caramel Sauce.

Finally, multiply 12x3, which is the answer, 36.

Answer: It is 36, all you have to do is multiply the possible options like there are four different sizes, 3 flavors, and 3 toppings so do 4x3x3
