Answer:

(4,3)

Explanation:

Since its a positive translation you add 3 to 1 because you are going to the right. You coordinates of that step then becomes (4,-3). Then you need to translate up 6 units. Because the y is -3 you add 3 to make 0, then 3 more (3+3=6) to get positive 3. You then end up with the coordinates (4,3)
