Answer:

Constriction of the cutaneous blood vessels

Shivering/raising of hairs all over the body

Step-by-step explanation:

1. When the body naturally constricts the cutaneous blood vessels, the sympathetic fibers cause vasoconstriction or the narrowing of the blood vessels in an attempt to reduce the amount of heat being used in them.

2. The constriction of the sceletal muscles, also known as shivering, is the body's responce to extreme cold. The body raises the hair on the body and sends the muscles a signal to contract in the attempt to cause heat generation. It is caused by the brain center controlling the muscle tone, causing involutary movement of muscels all over the body.

I am happy to help with any other questions you mught have in the future and I will contue to work in trying to proive the best answers :) Hope this Helps!
