Answer:

M=(2,1)

Explanation:

The mid points is half the distance of the x and y values so

-4 and 8 are 12 apart so 12/2=6 so -4+6=2

so the x value of M is 2

same for the y value 6 and -4 are 10 apart 10/2=5 and 6-5=1 so

so the y value of M is 1 so

M=(2,1)
