The answer is 8 because the mean of the data is equivalent to adding up all of the numbers and then dividing it by how many numbers there are.

The answer is 8
To work out you do :
6+12+7+5+11+6+9 which equals 56
Then you count how many numbers there are so that’s 7 and then you do 56 divided by 7(so the total of the numbers added and the amount of numbers there are) and then you get your answer :)
