The rate of decay is 40%

Explanation:

The decay rate is found by looking at the number raised to the variable. In this case that is the 0.6 but this comes from the general formula f(x) = a(1-decay rate)× so the 200 is your a or your initial amount and the 0.6 comes from subtracting the decay rate from 1 or in other words 0.6=1-decay rate. Thus the decay rate =1 - 0.6 or 0.4 which is 40%
