Explanation:

The sum of all the angles in any geometric figure with 4 sides must equal 360.

(10x+6)+(13x-2)+(8x-1)+71=360

We add all the x

10x+13x+8x=360-71+1+2-6

31x=286

x=286/31

x=9.23
