m1.m2 = -1

4/5.m2 = -1

m2 = -5/4

formula = y - y1 = m2 ( x - x1)

y - 3 = -5/4 ( x - 6)

y -3 = -5x /4 + 30/4

y = -5x /4 + 21/2
