7 = - 2k + b \\ - 9 = 6k + b \\ \\ 7 = - 2k + b \\ 9 = - 6k - b \\ \\16 = - 8k \\ k = - 2

Now we can find b


7 = - 2 * ( - 2) + b \\ 7 = 4 + b \\ b = 3

Answer:


y = - 2x + 3
