Let OC is x, so OC=OB=x


{4}^(2) + x^(2) = {(2 + x)}^(2) \\ 16 + {x}^(2) = 4 + 4x + {x}^(2) \\ 12 = 4x \\ x = 3

Answer: OC=3 points
