Yolanda's husband develops another plan for the patio because he prefers the patio to be much wider than Yolanda's plan. Determine the lenght of the brick section and the length of the wood section. Then use the dimmensions to write an expression that represents the area of the entire patio

24 ( 48x + 96 )

Explanation:

Length of the brick side = 48x

Length of the wood side = 96

Breadth = 24

Area of the entire patio = area of a rectangle = L × B

L = Length of the brick side + Length of the brick side = 48x + 96

Area of patio = (48x +96) × 24

= 24 ( 48x + 96 )

Since there are no options in the question to enable further the simplicity of the final answer it will be okay at the above.
