If you feel pain during exercise, you should do what?

It depends on certain pain if you feel like burning in your muscles then it’s a good workout which leads so sore mussels after but if it’s something serious it can lead to torn muscles or over working it which and also lead to cramping if it is really serious then get medical help but other than that you are getting in a good hard exercise.
