Where b is the base and h is the height

So, 1/2*9*7 which is 31.5

For the rectangle, we use the formula l*w

Where l is the length and w is the width

So we do 9*12 which is 108

The w e plus both values together to get the total area of the figure

108+31.5 is 139.5 ( which is roughly 139)
