My question was:

A. Write down the reason you are upset and focus on the person who upset you.

B. Engage in an activity you like such as listening to music or another hobby.

C. Express your emotions freely by yelling and stomping your feet.

I believe B is the best answer. C is definitely not the answer because yelling and stomping your feet will get you no where and will only make you more upset.

I will try looking for a better answer, but for now that's all I got
