How much do you believe “Frequency” plays a factor in your own personal fitness?

Answer:

Frequency is so important in health and fitness. It plays a big role.

Frequency means how many times you exercise. For example; A person will lift weights and do 5 reps with 3 sets, so 15 reps in total, the frequency is the reps and how much you do. Or you can say you ran 3 times a week, the frequency is 3, for three times ran this week.

Without frequency, people would become unfit and only do 5 reps a week. Sure it might sustain your health but not for long.

Frequency is also one of the 4 ways to stay healthy and describe your workouts. The other 3 are Intensity, time and type. "F.I.T.T"
