Answer: Xavier pays $26.8

Explanation:

$21.44 * 25/100 = %0.25

$21.44(0.25) = 5.36

$21.44 + 5.36 = 26.8

$21.44•.25=$5.36
So if you are asking just how much the shipping and handling is it’s $5.36 but if you are asking the total it’s. $26.80
$21.44+$5.36=$26.80
