Explanation:

11x - 10 = -6x^2

-6x^2 = 11x - 10

-6x^2 + 10 = 11x - 10 + 10

-6x^2 + 10 = 11x

-6x^2 + 10 -11x = 11x - 11x

-6x^2 - 11x + 10 = 0

Solve with the quadratic formula.

- 11 + root 361 / 12

= -11 + 19 / 12

= - 30/12

= -5/2
