I need help drawing the skirt that is in the picture. Can someone send me steps on how just in writing I am desperate.

You should start off with drawing the basic outline of the skirt (lightly). Then going in (still lightly) and adding all the folds. you shouldn't start shading or coloring till you're completely done drawing out the skirt first. Once you feel as though that your skirt it made to your liking or like the picture then that's when you can start outlining the lines boldly.

1. outline the whole shape
2. trace the creases
3. shade in the dark spots lightly w a pencil
4. blend the dark spots with a tissue to make it look smoother
