2. The Humane Society has puppies for adoption. The weights, in pounds, of the puppies currently at the Humane Society, are 17, 14, 13, 15, 21, 39, 18, 22, and 14.

(a) Create a stem-and-leaf plot of the weights of the puppies.
(b) What is the weight difference between the heaviest puppy and the lightest puppy?
(c) How many puppies are currently at the Humane Society? What weight interval has the most puppies? What fraction of the total does this interval represent?
