Well, There are many diseases which are not caused by bacteria. There are viral diseases like chickenpox, rubella, mumps, meseals etc fungal diseases like cryptococoosis, zygomycosis,tinea etc and protozoal diseases like ameoebiasis, typanosomiasis, leishmaniasis etc. Its not that, diseases are caused only by bacteria it can be caused by many infectious agents like I mentioned above for instance.
