United states public services are more modern then Ecuador's. Almost 80% of America has internet access, while Ecuador only has about 55%. United states also has a very good water treatment system, because of so many past droughts. This is the same with other things like HIV/AIDS protection and Crime Stopping. Hope this helped :)
