Colonizers refers to the people who where sent out to live in a new place and establish political, economic and cultural control over a group of people. Colonized refers to the group of people who where colonized. Those who were conquered.

Colonizers were people (mostly from Europe) who took over land from other continents.
Colonized were the people who were taken over by the colonizers.
