the answer is B. 74%

There are 54 students in the 10-13 age bracket. Within that bracket, 40 of them eat breakfast. Divide 40 by 54 and you get .74. Multiply that by 100 to get 74%

I think it’s B because if you divide 40, the number of kids who eat breakfast, by 54, the number of kids 10-13, you get 0.74074074; hope this helps!
