If the teacher picks a group of 3 at random, what is the probability that everyone in the group is a girl?

Answer:

7/9 chance

Explanation:

There are 9 students, 7 female and 2 male. 7/9 shows the probability of a female being chosen.

Hope this helps. :D

My apologies if I contain errors.

Answer:

1/3

Explanation:

Since there are 7 girls and 2 boys the teacher should do this

1 boy for every 2 girls which there are two 2 so there will be two groups of 1 boys and 2 girls while the last group will all be girls.

Hope this helps. :)
