Explanation:

given ponts,

(3,0)=(x1,y1)

(-6,-3)=(x2,y2)

we know,

Eqn of any line joining two points be,

(y-y1)={(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)}*(x-x1)

y-0={(-3-0)/(-6-3)}*(x-3)

y=(1/3)*(x-3)

y=(x-3)/3

3y=x-3

0=x-3y-3

x-3y-3=0

Therefore it is required eqn
