Every year. Miguel receives $20 for his birthday, plus $1 for each year of his age. Laureen receives $10 for her birthday and $2 for each year of her age. In 2009, Miguel is 10, and Lauren is 8. In what year will they both receive the same amount of money? (example answer:2020)

My mind is pretty foggy right now but if you set up the formula it will look like this: x + 20 = 2x+ 10

the left side being Miguel and the right side being Laurens. I'm just going to send this answer for right now tho because you might have a timed quiz or alr know the answer or such.

Step-by-step explanation: no because Lauren will receive 26 because 10 = (8 x 2) which equals 26 and Migule is 20 + ( 1 x 10) which = 30 so not the same this and simple and cute reason hope it right and helped.
