The federal reserves have cut rates twice (March 3 & 15, 2020), it is allowing foreign central banks to exchange their holdings of treasury securities for overnight dollar loans as well as increasing the length of loans that are available for banks in the event of an emergency, such as this pandemic and continues to support both national and affiliated international banks as needed.
