What would happen to the moon if all of the sudden it was not affected by Earth’s gravitational pull?

Answer and Explanation:

The moon is "tethered", in a way, to Earth because the Earth's gravitational pull is keeping the moon at bay. In fact, the moon orbits around us all the time because of this gravitational attraction.

However, if this gravitational pull suddenly disappeared, it is likely that the moon would float off by itself into the solar system and the Earth would be left without a moon. The moon would stop orbiting around the Earth, but it would probably continue orbiting around the sun, which still has its gravity.

Hope this helps!

Answer:

Without the pull of the moon, this tilt would change. Either the tilt would become extreme, leading to extreme and severe seasons, or the tilt would decrease, and we would see almost no seasons at all.
