I have an audition soon and I'm so nervous it's stopping me from practicing! Do you have any ways to help get back on track?

Answer: I just take a deep breathe pop a soda or eat whatever my favorite snack is stretch mybe even get some rest or go for a jog when ur calm and ready to practice shoot for the stars and nail that audition
