There are 14 people at your house for a party. How many tubs of ice cream would you have to buy if each person could only have 1/5 of the total? Show/explain your work!

.2 times 14 gives you 2.8, sothe answer is 3 bc you cant buy 2.8 ice cream containers...

To begin with, each tub of ice cream can cover 5 people. So, if you had 3 tubs of ice cream, it would cover 15 people. I know there is excess, but you can’t buy 4/5 of a container of ice cream!
