N.O.W stands for National Organization for Women and it was established back in June 30, 1966. It was established to end sex discrimination, equal rights for women, and more Today, the group remains as a cornerstone of the women's rights movement.

(If you ask me the feminism movement is going too far at this point, and they're now just here for extra rights and want to be superior rather than equal)
