Answer:

Biological transmission involves the reproduction or propagation of agent or pathogens within the arthropods vectors before transmission begins.while mechanical transmission involves just transfer of pathogens/agents from an infected host,to another suspectable host directly(direct mechanical transmission) or when anthropoids transmits pathogens obtained from from a contaminated source.(indirect mechanical transmission).

The two mechanisms represented mode of transmission of diseases.
