Movement of Earth’s atmosphere is only possible due to uneven heat in all places.
We know, air moves from an area of low density to an area of high density. Now since that’s the logic the answer to your questions is:

Reason for choosing D: Our earth is slanted so not all the solar energy coming from the sun is equal in all place so some tends to get warmer in comparison like equator and have less density so the wind of higher density travel to lower density and that’s what drives the motion of the earths atmospheric system
