Well if your talking about the movement of water then water can start off by being evaporated, then condensed and precipitated and finally runoff off of mountains or hills or something rather than being absorbed in the ground. Transpiration also is included in the movement of water. Transpiration is when the evaporation of water happens off plants and such.
