I would treat it as algebra and for 2 simultaneous equations. dunno if that'll work because i haven't got pen or paper with me right now. So let adults be A and children be B

To start you off, here are the two equations: 2a+3c=42.70, 3a+5c=67.30

All you need to do is solve for a and c to get the prices for one child and one adult then you add them together to get the final amount
