I struggled with really bad acne for years and I recommend drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day, the more water the better to flush out any toxins, don’t eat too much junk food, don’t touch your face too much, exfoliate around once a week to get rid of any dead skin clogging your pores, don’t wear too much make up for long periods of time, and don’t pick at your skin, give it time to heal. Mainly, your skin reacts to your diet, if you keep a healthy diet and drink lots of water for a few months, your skin should clear. If these things don’t work, you might want to contact a dermatologist and get an acne cream.
