In your own words, explain the difference between physical properties and chemical properties.

Actually in my own words, a physical property is an aspect of matter that can be observed or measured even without changing it. On the other hand, a chemical property many only be observed by changing the chemical identity of a substance. The differences between the two are, you have to look at them in another way. For example, you have to see a physical property just with your two eyes. An chemical property, you have to use a substance to see it.

Answer:

Chemical properties are tested on not because of their color or their appearance but how they will react to certain tests. Such as; is it flammable? Could it be toxic? Physical properties are tested on and observed because of the texture, the color, smell and etc.
